Our Team 02

Natalie Phanphensophon
Chief Operations Officer

Natalie is the 3rd generation working at COCA and Mango Tree Restaurants Worldwide – and she brings with her a firm belief in digital innovation and a deep sense of community.  She grew up in the UK and travelled around Europe…

in her formative years where the sights, smells and sounds of the region’s famous cuisines in many ways shaped her future path.

Born with a passion for food and hospitality, Natalie graduated BSc in Nutrition from King’s College London and continued MSc in Food Science. She began her career at a three-Michelin-star restaurant and worked closely with Chef Heston Blumenthal before joining Unilever where she became heavily involved with product development as a nutritionist.

Natalie is well-versed in the food industry and is bringing new ideas to 62-year family business – including a philosophy of organic freshness that has led to the launch of the COCA Boutique farm in Thailand and collaborations with numerous small-holding local rice farmers.
